On Friday, July 10, the Council Bluffs Schools Foundation Alumni & Friends Network welcomed 28 teams of alumni, local businesses, and friends of the district to the 2026 Alumni & Friends Golf Outing. The day was filled with friendly competition between teams representing Abraham Lincoln High School and Thomas Jefferson High School as they fought for bragging rights and claim of the NEW tournament trophy. It was a close battle, but after the scores were tallied, team TJ was declared the winner! 

More importantly, thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, volunteers, and participants, this year's outing raised $17,000 to support the children, families, and staff of the Council Bluffs Community School District. Every swing, sponsorship, and raffle ticket purchased helps create new opportunities for students and educators throughout our schools.
